[Dovecot] uiddir mailbox format with benchmarks

There already exists dbox, which is another one of Dovecot's own  
formats. I did think about ddir, but that sounds a bit stupid. :)  
Probably better if it doesn't start with d anyway so it won't get  
mixed with dbox.
