[Dovecot] libwrap-ing IMAP and POP logins

I also wrote libwrap patch a few years ago:

The problem is that it doesn't work when login process is chrooted, so I
thought there's no point in including support for it.

I was thinking about adding support for this in Dovecot v2.0 using some
kind of a separate non-chrooted daemon.
