[Dovecot] Mailbox is in inconsistent state

I think there's a problem with mailbox autodetection. If /var/mail/ 
hollen file ever gets deleted, Dovecot fallbacks to using ~/mail/ 
inbox. Set explicitly:

mail_location = mbox:~/mail:INBOX=/var/mail/%u

That hopefully fixes this.
