[Dovecot] 1.1beta9 'make' fails on osx/Tiger, but OK on osx/Leopard (multiple definitions of symbol _hash_create)

Looks like those hash_* functions are in Tiger too. Also
libpthread.dylib is just a symlink to libSystem.dylib. So I guess
there's no chance of getting this fixed. I'm not sure why it doesn't
break with Tiger though.
