[Dovecot] Don't let deliver create index files

http://wiki.dovecot.org/MailLocation -> Index files -> :INDEX=MEMORY.
But it still creates and updates dovecot-uidlist file. I wouldn't use
Dovecot's deliver if you're not using Dovecot for IMAP/POP.
