[Dovecot] xinetd and pop3

Yes, I currently have "protocols = pop3 pop3s". I am using xinetd to start
pop3-login because I have a VPS not a dedicated server and I am trying to
conserve memory usage. Eventually, I will start also start imap-login via
xinetd and will add those protocols (protocols = imap imaps pop3 pop3s).
