[Dovecot] SORT(DATE) and missing Date headers

Unfortunately that would violate the SORT spec.

Replace mail_get_date() calls in src/imap/imap-sort.c with something
like:

t = mail_get_date(..);
if (t == (time_t)-1) t = mail_get_received_date(..);
