[Dovecot] Maildir Missing Trash and Sent Items

Because dovecot is an IMAP server, not a MUA. For all dovecot cares, you
could call the sent folder "xy2781923". And a "trash" folder is a
concept that doesn't really fit in with IMAP anyway.
