[Dovecot] syncml with server push email

use horde webmail newest version connected to dovecot, it has a full
featured syncml server for calender , tasks, addresses
with funambol it works with outlook and t-bird ,mobile devices
dont think of pushmail use imap idle
it also support calerendering with lightning t-bird ,apple ical,
in ical format
