[Dovecot] Dovecot imap processes pinning CPU

Another data point:

I do not see this problem on multiple installations of 1.1.7 on FreeBSD 
6.3.  Clients are Thunderbird 2.0.0.18, Horde-IMP 4.3, Horde-DIMP 1.1, 
Roundcube 0.2.b and SquirrelMail 1.4.17.
