This isn't really a problem.

I'd want two things from BTS related to this:

1) It needs to be bidirectional: anyone on this mailing list must be
able to reply to the mail from BTS and the reply must be added to BTS.
What BTSes support this?

2) It should be easy to create new bugs from existing mails on mailing
list. It would also be nice if replies to the original mail were added
as comments to the BTS as well. This gets tricky to implement well.
