That fixes it, of course (so does removing the BZ2_ prefixes from the 
functions together with the stdio.h include). I'm left with just (most 
of) the compile errors I mentioned in 
http://www.dovecot.org/list/dovecot/2008-June/031350.html
plus

Presumably these don't matter?
