[Dovecot] EXPUNGE delay

That would be nice. The delete and expunge commands were indeed issued by 
different IMAP-connections.

Was the 1.0.7 version handling the updates differently? Because I never had 
such delay with another account (different server, same dovecot 
configuration, same Outlook installation).
