[Dovecot] Missing IMAP folders

Directories was perhaps the wrong word to use.
No they just follow the maildir format .aaa.bbb.ccc
So ccc is a subfolder of bbb which is a subfolder of aaa

AFAIK Binc does not understand much other than the basics....
