[Dovecot] mbox with sub-folders and messages?

Thank you, by using "LAYOUT=maildir++" on 1.1rc3 it worked. I still
would suggest the .sdb directory concept. It would evade the limitation
of filenames length which I think it is 255, unless it has changed in
recent years.
