You mean /home/popuser_evelina2 doesn't exist and Dovecot doesn't have  
write permissions to /home? Choices would be:

a) Create the directory automatically whenever you add new users
b) Give Dovecot write permissions to /home
c) If you're using PAM, use pam_mkhomedir
