[Dovecot] Can't receive mail from outside

I see only smtps in your master.cf, which listens on port 465. But 
external server try to connect to plain SMTP on port 25.

Add this to your master.cf and it should work:

smtp      inet  n       -       -       -       -       smtpd

> master.cf >
> -----------------------------------------------------------------
> smtps     inet  n       -       -       -       -       smtpd
>   -o smtpd_tls_wrappermode=yes
>   -o smtpd_sasl_auth_enable=yes
>   -o smtpd_client_restrictions=permit_sasl_authenticated,reject
