Doesn't really matter.

If servers see you sending enough even OCCASIONAL spam, you will
EVENTUALLY get on blacklists - and some of those are not easy to get off of.

AGAIN... it is your server, do what you want, but don't be surprised
when other admins act accordingly and BLOCK you.
