[Dovecot] v1.2: Can't subscribe to shared user folder

You are right we added a prefix to the primary private namespace
recently, adding subscriptions=yes to the shared namespace definition
solves it.

I should have had a look at the current config before complaining --
sorry for the noise.  :(
