[Dovecot] Maildir++ quota: When is it recalculated?

Just out of curiosity: How can I actually make the maildir go over quota,
short of changing the limits after delivery or using a non-aware LDA?

Well, for what it's worth, I'd be very happy if this was implemented in
Dovecot in the future, but for now ...
