[Dovecot] v1.2.2 released

Hi Timo,

building dovecot 1.2.2 on AIX (5.3) fails with the new "!include" feature:

"settings.c", line 132.31: 1506-045 (S) Undeclared identifier GLOB_BRACE.

This is because AIX glob doesn't support GLOB_BRACE :-|
