Er, "come early" - say 07:51 - and start Outlook, which prompts for 
password, which is *not* enterred right now; "when want .." - say 08:27 - 
they enter the password and click OK.

Is this the scenario?

If so, you can do nothing about it.

If they log in, but leave the connection unused, there might be a IDLE 
bug/problem. There had be some talks about Outlook-IDLE-problems, which 
you should find them in the archives.
