[Dovecot] Vacation message with Sieve

Just wanted to followup to encourage anyone who thought this was a stupid
idea to speak up.  I know in the past we (other companies I've been at)
have always had an autoresponder program and the MTA was set to deliver
to that program.  I see no reason for that to not just be sieve.
