[Dovecot] dovecot + ldap

Hi,

I have a configuration with dovecot authenticating to AD.

I would like to authenticate using the user logon name in AD. and mail box
were created according to the field mail in AD
anyone have any idea about this?

my dovecot-ldap:

hosts = xx.xx.xx.xx
base = dc=domain,dc=com
ldap_version = 3
auth_bind = yes
auth_bind_userdn = domain\%u
