Salut Fakessh ;)

Sound like your dovecot has not been stopped correctly. Stop dovecot and try :
 - For imap2 : lsof +i :143
 - For imap3 : lsof +i :220
 - For imaps : lsof +i :993
 etc...
If you have an answer on one of the regular POP or Imap port, that means Dovecot is still running and may
explain the "Adresse already in use". Kill the associated process and start it again.
