[Dovecot] quota not updated

Anything in logs? What about with mail_debug=yes? Does maildirsize file
get changed? Any per-user quota overrides? What if you delete
maildirsize file and do GETQUOTAROOT INBOX in IMAP, does it recalculate
it correctly?
