you can autocreate folders, and autosubscribe them, but there is no way
for the imap server to press the client to use your folder schema
so you should choose i.e the thunderbird default folder schema with
autocreate, and configure i.e. your webmail also like this
setup a faq site with a link in a welcome mail
descriptions how to configure i.e outlook to Tb schema but it wont be
100 % equal
i.e the outlook junk folder cant be choosen ( unless you dont want to do
reg patches )
