[Dovecot] Restore of individual mail files

Hi.

In order for restoration to work fine, I have to create a folder using the interface (e.g RounCube) which also creates the required
structures.
Then I copied the emailfile e.g xyz:s to /myrestoredemail/cur/

How do i properly create a folder with its structures(index,etc) without using the RoundCube web inteface ?
