Yes I did. autogen.sh then configure.

[wzheng at nwmail-build dovecot-2.0-sieve]$ ./autogen.sh
configure.in: installing `./install-sh'
configure.in: installing `./missing'
src/lib-sieve-tool/Makefile.am: installing `./depcomp'
