[Dovecot] expire plugin doesn't find mail location

The problem still persists, but I found a workaround: I configured
mail_location=~/mail and set 'home' via userdb.  With this setup
expire seems to work correct.

But the 'mail' attribute from userdb is still ignored by expire.
