[Dovecot] IMAP only for some users or via webmail

If you're using SQL, you can do something iike:

password_query = .. where ('%s' != 'imap' or  imap_allowed=true or '%r' = '127.0.0.1') and ..

The idea being that your webmail connections are coming from 127.0.0.1 and they're always allowed.
