[Dovecot] read-only dovecot-uidlist

What about the file's mtime? I guess maybe if it was some ancient v1.0.x
file and maybe if you had temporarily changed umask, that might have
happened.. Although it wouldn't have tried to append to v1.0.x uidlist
file, it would have recreated it.
