[Dovecot] mail_fsync=never doesn't work?

INBOX is always auto-created. In earlier versions there were a couple of
bugs that caused it to fail though.

Oh well. That also means then that my future autocreate plugin won't
work with your webmail, because it doesn't physically create the
mailboxes.
