[Dovecot] dovecot ldap failed to recover

This probably has something to do with it.

I couldn't reproduce this by sending a SIGSTOP to slapd and bringing it
back up with SIGCONT. Anyway, for v2.0 this hopefully makes Dovecot fix
itself: http://hg.dovecot.org/dovecot-2.0/rev/cef23de90ff1
