Besides the groups solutions others already mentioned, v2.0.10+ makes
this easier:

doveadm mailbox list -u admin at domain "sales/CustA/*" |
while read mailbox; do
  doveadm acl set -u user at domain "$mailbox" user at domain +lrw
done
