Not exactly sure what you mean.

My Blackberry plays fine with IMAP (configure it to point at IMAP and 
not POP3).  The oddities are:

- Deleting a message on the IMAP mailbox will not make it vanish from 
the BBerry

- Read flags are mostly two-way, but not always

- Not much support for IMAP folders
