[Dovecot] postlogin script

Hi,

i applied settingsin below  but dovecot says that

 " prefetch(.. at ....edu.tr,IP_ADDRESS): passdb didn't return userdb entries,
trying the next userdb
 "

so  PLAINTEXT_PASS is empty

thanks in advance.
