[Dovecot] Prevent re-download mails

Hello,

I got the same problem today, anyone have the this problem? Started few
minutes ago.

My pop3 server have this uidl setting:

pop3_uidl_format = %f and the version 2.0.12, not changed anything in the
last monts and got today this problem with lots of clients.

Looking for more info.
