[Dovecot] imap-login ESTABLISHED client sessions not timed out by server

When client is in IDLE, it should timeout sooner because of
imap_idle_notify_interval setting. But when not in IDLE, there's only 30
minute inactivity timeout (30 mins is minimum required by IMAP
protocol).
