[Dovecot] case (non-)sensitivity for folder names

Case sensitive, except for INBOX. (Or if the server is using
case-insensitive filesystem then they're case-insensitive.)

My guess is that Evolution messes this up.

rm -rf ~/.evolution/mail/imap/
