[Dovecot] Login problem via webmail and outlook

You need to learn how to ask for help. You have provided very little 
information.

How about saying what has changed on your system recently (dovecot 
update? system updates?)...

Have you attempted to restart dovecot? Does it give any errors?

Also, provide config info - like output of doveconf -n
