[Dovecot] Shared Namespace

Hi Timo,

I'm using %d which is working great. However, mailbox2.com can still create
shared folders. We just wanted to limit the ability to create shared folders
only to mailbox.com

Basically use %d instead of %%d in configuration. The client can't change it
then.
