Does your Courier directory include a courierpop3sizelist file?  The 
migration script places higher importance on the POP3 order than on IMAP 
UIDs.

Also, in order to see if the old 64295 corresponds to the new 64298, you 
can use "fetch 1:* (uid rfc822.size body.peek[header.fields (message-id)])".
