Oh, I see. It's like what I ask questions about issues and 
get answers on other issues...

All users run with the virtual mail account (vmail)
accounts (if I recall correctly) are stored in %maildir format.
Do you want me to display user perms ? OK ! Fine.
Here's the contents of the folder with the problem :

Is this what you need ?
