[Dovecot] MailDir Issue

Hello List,
 
I'm still running dovecot in version 1.1.7
No I have setup a new installation with dovecot 2.0.9 and had running some
tests with a testdomain. Everything is working well. The Maildir has exactly
the same structure like ../domain/username/...
 
Can I  copy the whole maildir to the new server? Logical that I have also to
move the SMTP network configuration to the new machine.
