Ok so I suppose I need to rebuild dovecot with the --with-rawlog option 
but I am under ubuntu
and I was using some dovecot-2.x source package hosted here : 
http://xi.rename-it.nl/debian/
But now it seems to be dead, any idea where I could find a deb-src for 
dovecot 2.x ?
