[Dovecot] Problem with lmtp director proxy

Ah, so it's not really a bug. I thought it might be because there had
been such problems before.

This should work..

> lmtp/commands.c:#define LMTP_PROXY_DEFAULT_TIMEOUT_MSECS (1000*30)

This is the default, but proxy_timeout should override it.

What do you get in logs with auth_debug=yes?
