If you are using dovecot 1.2, I think lda should show lines like the 
following in your log.

Mar 11 14:14:06 mailstor1 dovecot: deliver(user at domain.tld): sieve: 
msgid=<xxxxx>: stored mail into mailbox 'INBOX'

'deliver' refers to lda.
