[Dovecot] sieve_execute_bytecode failed with squirrelmail

Is it possible to upgrade from 1.0.13 (which is the official CentOS 
release) to the atrpms version 2.1.1-2 available at

http://packages.atrpms.net/dist/el5/dovecot/

Do I need a migration plan ?
