[Dovecot] German Umlauts in folder name and sieve

Hi,

I had created an imap folder that has German Umlauts in it:

„RA Rößner - Merle“

When finished, the result looks like this on filesystem:

I wrote this sieve script (with SOGo):

}

That creates a new IMAP folder with exactly this strange name.

Can I change this somehow?
